We re off to the New River Gorge for an amazing whitewater raft trip on the Class III-V rapids of the New River through the  Grand Canyon of the East!   After departure from Camp Horizons on Monday morning, we ll head down to the New River Gorge for an afternoon hike on one of the lush trails overlooking the gorge.  We ll check into the bunkhouse at ACE Adventure Center then head out for a hearty dinner at a local eatery.   In the morning, we ll enjoy breakfast at ACE, then head out for a full day on the river, including a hot riverside lunch.  At the end of the day we ll enjoy a BBQ dinner at ACE, and an evening campfire, before departing early Wednesday morning for Dulles Airport and home.
